• AI chat conversations using advanced language models
• AI-powered image generation
• AI-powered video generation

3. Credit System and Payments

Our service operates on a credit-based system:

• New users receive $2.00 in welcome credits upon registration
• Additional credits can be purchased through our secure payment system
• All credit purchases are final and non-refundable
• Credits do not expire but are consumed based on usage
• Pricing: Chat ($5.00 per 1M tokens), Images ($0.30 each), Videos ($1.00 each)

4. Data Privacy and Storage

We prioritize your privacy:

• We do not save or store your conversation history
• We do not collect personal data beyond what is necessary for account creation
• Generated content (images, videos) is not stored on our servers
• Your prompts and generated content are processed temporarily and then discarded

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
• Maintain the security of their account credentials

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Eqqal AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
